PORT BANNATYNE MEMORIAL GARDEN

The HMS Varbel Memorial Garden in Port Bannatyne (Isle of Bute) honours the WWII 12th Submarine Flotilla. Located by the marina on Marine Road, it features an X-Craft midget submarine, a torpedo head acting as a donation box, display boards detailing local naval history, and benches.
